Brooklyn Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

I couldn't have been more pleased to encounter this hotel. It was sort of a fluke that I ended up there due to a change in my itinerary and I can honestly say that it was one of the highlights of my trip to Seattle. Perhaps I'm somewhat biassed because I love Scandanavian design but the staff was warm and friendly and truly enjoyed working there, but it was just a gem of a hotel. The rooms are stunning and spacious and the attention to detail...I could go on, it is luxurious, so comfortable...it was just heaven. I don't know that I'll stay anywhere else while I'm in Seattle.

Stay was good. Some staff at check-in were more interested in chatting than helping. Rooms ok. Need a bit of an update. Room dark and noisy from the street. We had a suite and bathroom was in the lounge room not in the bedroom which was inconvenient at night looking for light switches.
