From October 2026 to May 2027, Rooftop Molitor is closed and makes way for Restaurant Molitor.

The menu becomes a travel diary, where seasonal ingredients shine through creations inspired by southern shores: crispy prawns with basil mayonnaise, creamy burrata with roasted tomatoes, grilled sea bream with caviar lemon.

The Rooftop Bar embodies the ultimate summer lifestyle: relaxed, vibrant and free. It invites guests to settle in, savor the moment and let time slow down. The menu pays tribute to the best of the season: Pommery champagne for festive moments, the freshness of Minuty rosé for aperitifs, the complexity of Gin Mare paired with Fever-Tree, the boldness of a Nespresso Martini, or the character of Herradura tequila. Red Bull and its Summer Editions extend the experience into the night.
