Conditions of sale

• All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid on the date of reservation and during your stay. Unless otherwise noted.
• No cancellation charge applies up to 18:00 (local time) 1 day prior to arrival. Beyond that time, the first night will be charged.

Members' rate conditions

Anyone wishing to take advantage of the Members’ rate must be, or become, an ALL - Accor Live Limitless member. Members must show their card at check-in (or their membership number if they are yet to receive their card). A maximum of 7 rooms at the Members' rate can be reserved per member and per stay on the all.com website or by contacting customer service or the hotel directly. A maximum of 3 rooms at the Members' rate can be reserved per member and per stay by booking via the ALL.com app.
