Italian soul with Australian heart

On the doorstep of Hotel Chadstone Melbourne – MGallery, our kitchen cooks Italian with an Australian accent: wood-fired plates, pasta rolled by hand every morning, and everything from small plates to a full chef’s tasting menu. The wine list leans proudly Italian, poured from local producers, and our cocktails pair Italian spirits with Australian botanicals. Whatever the occasion, there’s a seat for you at our table.
