• By booking the Christmas Day Lunch at Hotel Chadstone Melbourne – MGallery Collection, the customer agrees to have read and accepted the conditions set out below.
• Christmas Day Lunch is available on Friday 25 December 2026 and will be held in The Ballroom, located on the Ground Floor of Hotel Chadstone Melbourne – MGallery Collection.
• The event commences at 12:00 pm.
• Reservations are essential and are subject to availability.
• Full pre-payment is required to secure your booking.
• The final date for amendments and cancellations is Wednesday 25 November 2026.
• Cancellations or amendments received from Thursday 26 November 2026 are 100% non-refundable.
• Accor Plus Member pricing is available to eligible members and provides an exclusive 10% saving on the Christmas Day Lunch experience.
• Children under 3 years dine complimentary.
• Dietary requirements and allergies must be advised at the time of booking.
• The dress code is Smart Elegant.
• Underground self-parking is available at an additional cost.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol applies.
• Menu and inclusions are subject to change without notice.
• No walk-ins will be accepted.
