Gather around the table this Father’s Day for an indulgent Italian feast crafted over fire at Pastore. Designed to be shared, the three-course menu begins with fire-toasted focaccia and Pastore’s signature burnt butter, followed by Sher Wagyu MB9+ Vitello Tonnato with tuna emulsion, fried capers and red wine jus.

Continue with slow-roasted porchetta, buttery green beans and crisp roast potatoes, before finishing with a decadent Grand Cru Chocolate Mousse layered with Cointreau, mandarin gel and Chantilly cream. Plus, every Dad or father figure receives a complimentary glass of Peroni.
