Frequently Asked Questions

Most visitors receive a 30-day free tourist visa on arrival with a confirmed hotel booking. However, please check specific requirements for your nationality.

Our in-house doctor is available 24 hours. The island clinic is equipped to attend to basic health issues. The nearest hospital is a 20-minute boat ride from the island.

Children of any age are welcome. However, for safety reasons, we can only accommodate guests 8 years and older in our overwater rooms. Extra single beds can be provided upon request.
