One night I wanted to eat at the restaurant with some guest I invited. I went to concierge and they informed that the restaurant had plenty of seating. Once I went to the restaurant the usher informed that they were booked out and had no seating available. Looking into the restaurant there were a number of tables available and also outdoor seating. Really disappointing!

It was a satisfying four days.

The room was clean and the amenities were satisfactory. The hotel is located in a very good environment, close to a shopping mall and convenient for both pick-up and drop-off. However, due to the school holiday period and the holiday period after the month of Ramadan, there were many small children staying at the hotel, which made the restaurant noisy and the sound of footsteps running around upstairs at night unpleasant at times. However, it was generally an easy stay and the staff were very attentive.

As always, we love staying at hotel Chadstone it’s our favourite hotel. This stay, blew away our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to acknowledge and spoil my daughter on her birthday. We are incredibly grateful.
