What to expect

Take part in an exclusive mixology masterclass at the heart of L’Isle de Leos MGallery Collection, where the iconic fragrances of Provence become the soul of signature creations.
Inspired by the scents of the Mediterranean garden, especially lavender, this immersive experience invites guests to discover the art of cocktail-making through Provençal aromas.

Participants will explore the history and secrets of Mediterranean aromatic plants, while learning essential cocktail creation techniques.
They will then craft:

  • A signature cocktail highlighting the emblematic aromas of Provençal lavender
  • A second exclusive cocktail created by a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, inspired by the herbs and citrus fruits of Provence.

 

Each creation tells a story of the Provençal art of living: golden light, aromatic gardens, southern markets, and the softness of summer evenings.

Non-alcoholic alternatives are also available.

At the end of the workshop, guests will extend the experience by enjoying their creations alongside a selection of refined aperitif bites infused with Provençal flavors.
