Committed to Her
Since 2008, the MGallery Collection has been committed to the empowerment of women and the development of female talent within its hotels.
At Talaia Hotel & Spa, we support the growth of our female employees by identifying high‑potential talents and fostering their professional development. We are proud to have 70% of women in leadership positions and to raise awareness among all teams about inclusion, the prevention of violence, and the fight against all forms of discrimination.
Our hotel also takes part in the national “Demandez Angela” initiative, offering a safe space to anyone feeling unsafe or experiencing harassment, supported by team training and a dedicated commitment charter.
As part of Pink October, we organize various awareness‑raising actions, including prevention workshops, a solidarity run, and a fundraising initiative in partnership with the local association Goxa Leku.
