Pink October 2026: Move, Care and Make a Difference with MGallery Collection

Sometimes, it takes stepping away from everyday life to remember what matters most. This October, MGallery is making space for movement, mindfulness and meaningful self-care.

October is a time to pause, reflect and put breast health back on the agenda. Around the world, Pink October brings people together to raise awareness of breast cancer, encourage prevention and support those affected. Its enduring symbol, the pink ribbon, is a reminder that awareness can lead to action and that making time for our health should be a priority, not an afterthought.

This October, MGallery brings that spirit to life through our Move & Care campaign. Your invitation to turn movement into solidarity, mindfulness into awareness and moments of wellbeing into opportunities to care – for ourselves, for one another and for the women in our lives.

One Collection, One Movement, One cause

Modern life leaves little time to tune into body and mind. Work, family and busy routines all conspire to push self-care further down the to-do list.

A stay at an MGallery hotel can offer a different kind of space. Stepping away from daily commitments creates an opportunity to slow down, look up and reconnect with yourselves. New research reveals that seven in 10 people* feel they have more time and headspace to think about their well-being while travelling. A further 76% admit they delay preventative health checks even when they know one is due.

Mindfulness has long been part of MGallery’s DNA. Through Move & Care, our hotels create thoughtful opportunities for you to move, reflect and care for yourself during their stay, turning time away from home into time to refocus on what matters.

Across the Collection, hotels, you, Heartists and local communities come together around one shared cause. Because every body tells a story, and every action has the potential to make a difference.

"At MGallery Collection, we believe hospitality can be a force for positive change. Care Concierge reflects our ambition to make prevention, education and access to trusted health resources more visible and accessible, creating a meaningful and lasting impact for women wherever they are in their journey.”

Move for Her: wellness in motion

Movement can be many things: a morning walk through a new neighbourhood, a yoga session beneath an open sky, a fitness class shared with others or simply a moment to reconnect with your body.

For Pink October, participating MGallery hotels are bringing Move for Her to life through locally inspired movement, sport and wellness experiences. Designed to encourage well-being while supporting fundraising initiatives, these experiences transform moments of movement into something bigger: a collective act of solidarity.

The movement extends to MGallery's Heartists, too. Through a Collection-wide charity challenge, teams come together to walk or run as many kilometres as they can, raising funds to support Gustave Roussy, Europe’s leading cancer centre. It’s a simple idea with a powerful message: when we move together, our individual actions can have a far greater impact.

Our Commitment to Women

MGallery is committed to supporting women at every stage of life. Whether they’re guests, Heartists or members of our local communities, we champion their well-being, amplify their voices and create opportunities to help them thrive, achieve and feel empowered every step of the way.

Care for Her: empowerment through knowledge

Care for Her brings breast health awareness and prevention messaging into everyday moments, creating discreet opportunities for you to access trusted information and feel more confident about taking care of yourself. Participating hotels will provide dedicated Pink October materials and QR codes, offering access to guidance around breast self-checks, designed to complement organised screening programmes.

The approach is deliberately human and reassuring. It is about creating space for awareness, encouraging you to become more familiar with your body and consider the preventative care that may otherwise be postponed.

Awareness also extends beyond the guest room, with social media content, educational displays and dedicated talks helping to bring breast cancer prevention into the wider MGallery community.

Going further: the Care Concierge

Sometimes, knowing that something matters is not enough. The challenge is knowing what to do next – or finding the right person to ask. This is where the Care Concierge comes in.

One of MGallery’s most innovative initiatives, the Care Concierge is available at eleven selected properties around the world throughout Pink October. Offering a discreet point of contact, it connects guests with local partners, charities and healthcare organisations, making support feel more accessible and personal.

Depending on the hotel, the experience may include:

  • Care days: Private one-to-one guidance with local charity partners.
  • Care check-ups: Dedicated breast health sessions with trusted organisations.
  • Pause for Pink: Pairing selected spa treatments with breast self-check guidance, while donating a percentage of the proceeds to a local breast cancer charity.

As a trusted point of contact and guide between you and local charity partners, the Care Concierge facilitates bookings, answers practical questions and helps create a smooth, welcoming and supportive experience.

Partnerships for impact

Meaningful care is built on trust, which is why collaboration sits at the heart of Pink October 2026.

For years, we have been working with Gustave Roussy as our official medical partner, bringing specialist expertise to the campaign and supporting the development of breast health information. Through this partnership, we aim to highlight the vital connection between prevention, education and well-being.

At a local level, participating MGallery hotels are building links with organisations rooted in their communities. By joining forces with local NGOs – from breast cancer charities and patient support groups to women's health associations – these partnerships help shape initiatives that reflect local needs while bringing MGallery’s global purpose to life.

"Looking after our health can sometimes slip down the list, especially when life is busy. By working with MGallery Collection, we have an opportunity to bring important breast-health messages into a setting where people may have more time to reflect, ask questions and think about their wellbeing.”

- Anne-Sophie de Boissard, Head of Philanthropy & Sponsorship at Gustave Roussy

From a shared moment of movement to a conversation that inspires action, every gesture counts. This Pink October, MGallery invites you to make space for your health, support the women around you and turn moments of care into meaningful action – wherever your journey takes you.
