Loïs Boisson & MGallery: Redefining excellence beyond the court

From the precision of the tennis court to the artistry of boutique hospitality, Loïs Boisson and MGallery unite in a partnership of sport, elegance and purpose.

Tennis is a sport shaped by discipline and focus. Behind every hard-fought point are countless hours of relentless preparation. But just as important as the rigorous training is the need for restoration and balance. Within this space, where performance meets well-being, MGallery Collection and French tennis player Loïs Boisson have forged a connection.

For the 2026 season, MGallery Collection welcomes Loïs Boisson as our new brand ambassador, marking the beginning of a collaboration rooted in shared values of equality, precision and the power of women's ambition. Through immersive experiences and refined hospitality, we are committed to creating environments where women can thrive in sport, culture and life.

A new ambassador for a new chapter

For tennis fans, Loïs Boisson needs no introduction. At just 23 years old, she has already become one of the defining faces of the sport. Born in Dijon, the young player captured international attention during Roland-Garros 2025 with a breakthrough performance that transformed her into one of tennis’s rising stars.

Entering the tournament as a wildcard, she became the first in the Open Era to reach the semi-finals on her main-draw debut. Along the way, she defeated several highly ranked opponents with remarkable composure. In 2025, she became France’s top-ranked female tennis player, inspiring a new generation of fans.

Yet it's not just her sporting trajectory that resonates with our values. Loïs Boisson  embodies a modern vision of female strength, determination and resilience. Returning from months of injury absence, she has worked hard to rediscover her rhythm and confidence. Her attitude and approach to performance reflects an acute attention to detail and focus on well-being; qualities at the heart of our philosophy. Within the MGallery universe, hospitality is designed to create spaces that restore, inspire and create meaningful connections. In Loïs Boisson, we have found a personality whose journey naturally aligns with these values.

“It is with immense pride that we welcome Loïs Boisson as an ambassador. Her determination, unique talent and resilience perfectly embody the values we strive to celebrate and promote among women.”
- Maud Bailly, CEO of Sofitel, MGallery and Emblems Collection

More than a partnership: shared values

At the core of our collaboration lies a shared belief in equality and the empowerment of women – both within sport and in everyday life. Tennis provides an especially meaningful platform for this joint venture. As one of the world’s most egalitarian sports, it places women and men on the same global stage, where elite performances unfold with equal visibility. The emotional intensity of the sport. The mental endurance required under pressure. The balance between strength and composure. These are all qualities that we seek to cultivate through our own experiences.

“Tennis is one of the few sports that embodies true equality between women and men – a value in which I deeply believe and which we share.” - Loïs Boisson, French tennis player

For Loïs Boisson, these principles are central to both her career and her personal outlook. High standards, focus and care for physical and mental health are essential elements of life on tour. They are qualities deeply embedded within our hotels, where thoughtful environments and sensory experiences are designed to be deeply restorative.

“I am honoured to join MGallery Collection, whose ethos resonates with my values and my daily life on the tour. As a tennis player, I am particularly committed to high standards, attention to detail and well-being – all of which are essential to performance.”

- Loïs Boisson, French tennis player

A purposeful commitment to women

The collaboration also reflects our Committed to Her pillar, an ongoing initiative dedicated to supporting women across our global portfolio. Through meaningful partnerships, opportunities and community-led actions, we seek to amplify women’s voices and encourage progress in tangible ways, rather than symbolic gestures.

“At MGallery, our commitment to women’s empowerment is a core pillar and a deeply held conviction. While the brand naturally resonates strongly with women, we go beyond that: we take concrete action, as reflected in the initiatives led by our hotels around the world.” - Maud Bailly, CEO of Sofitel, MGallery and Emblems Collection

Throughout our organisation, women are supported to hold leadership roles: 36% of our hotel general managers are women, reinforcing our commitment in practice as well as principle.

Alongside her role as ambassador, Loïs Boisson will champion initiatives supporting women’s causes, including efforts connected to Pink October. Together with us, she aims to use her visibility to present a vision of excellence that not only values women's achievements, but also the environments and emotional foundations that make achievement possible.

“Partnering with a brand that celebrates unique stories whilst supporting causes close to my heart, particularly through Pink October, was a driving factor.”

- Loïs Boisson, French tennis player

Hospitality in service of performance

For elite athletes, what happens between matches is just as important as what happens on court: in pause, preparation, rest and recovery. This understanding lies at the heart of our approach to supporting Loïs Boisson throughout her international schedule.

As she travels for competitions, Loïs Boisson will be hosted at our hotels, carefully designed to nurture calm, focus and well-being. Soft lighting, thoughtful design, calming rituals and locally inspired touches come together to create a holistic environment. For a professional athlete navigating the intensity of international competition, details like this are essential.

Rather than simply providing accommodation, our hotels will become an extension of Loïs Boisson's on-court performance. Quiet focus before a match, restorative evenings after competition, spaces that encourage calm within a busy schedule. These experiences reflect a wider philosophy that luxury today is increasingly connected to emotional balance and self-care.

This approach reflects our unique positioning within the hospitality sector: elegant design shaped by human connection. By supporting Loïs Boisson, we hope to demonstrate how thoughtful hospitality can meaningfully support women's ambitions and help to achieve excellence.

Roland-Garros, reimagined thanks to the partnership with ALL Accor

Through the ALL Accor X Roland-Garros partnership, we are extending the art of hospitality onto one of the world’s most iconic sporting stages. At Court Philippe-Chatrier, we have transformed two player-dedicated spaces into elegant sanctuaries, inspired by the comfort, sophistication and character of our hotel rooms.

  • The Quiet Room is a restorative environment created for decompression and mental reset. It offers players a calm, low stimulation setting where they can step away from the intensity of competition, regain focus and mentally prepare for the challenges to come.
  • The Beauty Room focuses on self-care and renewal rituals. It supports players with grooming, recovery and pre-match preparation, helping them feel comfortable and confident as they transition between performances.

Together, they are designed as seamless extensions of the player journey, introducing a softer emotional dimension into the intensity of elite sport.

An experience that travels beyond Paris

The spirit of Roland-Garros does not remain in Paris.

As part of the same collaboration between Roland-Garros and ALL Accor, Ming Hotel Nanjing – MGallery Collection has been transformed, bringing this atmosphere into a new cultural setting. Influenced by the colours and energy of the legendary Parisian clay courts, the hotel has become a dialogue between two worlds: the emotional intensity of elite sport and the refined language of hospitality.

Earth-toned palettes, subtle references to movement and indulgent sensory details bring the atmosphere of the Parisian competition to our hotel in China. The result? A hospitality experience that's both immersive and understated; a space rooted in calm, focus and emotional connection.

Loïs Boisson’s determination and resilience make her a natural reflection of our values, embodying a new generation of women redefining excellence with authenticity and intent. More than a partnership between sport and hospitality, our collaboration is a shared commitment to creating environments where women can thrive – both on the court and far beyond it.

As the 2026 season unfolds, this collaboration will continue to evolve through movement, experience, pause and presence. We remain committed to supporting her over the long term, with full confidence in her ability to return to the level of excellence that defines her.
