Family Moments

Guests who take advantage of the Family Moments offer have agreed to read and accept the following terms and conditions: 

• The Family Moments package includes 50% off a children’s room and late checkout (up to 4pm), subject to hotel availability. The 2nd room will be either connecting or nearby. The discount is calculated using the average Flexible Rate for 1 adult. 
• Children under 16 staying in the adults’ room receive a free breakfast (hotel policy applies). Children in the 2nd room under 16; they receive a free breakfast when accompanied by adults who purchase breakfast for themselves.
• Stated prices do not include local taxes or extras (to be paid on site), and may vary according to the reservation dates and the hotel’s terms and conditions.
• This offer does not apply to groups and may not be combined with other promotions.
• The 2 rooms may be cancelled up until 24 hours before the arrival date without penalty. For no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the arrival date, guests are charged for the first night. If only the 2nd room is cancelled, guests will be billed at the Flexible Rate.
