• By booking the "Unlock memories - Up to 15% Off the best rate", the customer agrees to have read and accepted the conditions set out below:
• This offer is valid, subject to availability in the selected hotel, for any stay from 22 June 2025 to 07 September 2025 inclusive in one of the participating Sofitel Legend, Sofitel and MGallery hotels (located in one of the following countries: Albania, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia-Hrzegovina, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Fiji, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Korea(South)-Republic, Laos, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Moldova, Myanmar, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Philippines, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom, Vietnam and booked between 17 June 2025 and 8 September 2025 23: 59 Paris time (UTC+1).
• Your reservation must be made through Accor distribution channels (Accor websites, Accor All mobile applications, ALL reservation center, directly at the hotels) and traditional travel agencies using a GDS automatically connected with the Accor reservation center.  
• Online pre-payment is required at the time of booking.
• The offer can't be modified, cancelled or exchanged after the reservation, in line with the cancellation policy issued by the hotel. 

Conditions of the offer:  

• The discount displayed of 10% is based on the non-flexible rate, with or without breakfast except for hotels offering only a single meal plan option. For these hotels, the discount is either on the non-flexible rate or the non-flexible rate including breakfast, depending on the hotels offer structure, subject-to-date and availability conditions. 
• The discount does not apply to ancillary services, tourist tax and additional taxes to the tourist tax. 
• Offer valid for a minimum stay of 2 nights
• The " Unlock memories - Up to 15% Off the best rate” can be combined with the Members Rate, where applicable but not with other discounts or special offers. This offer does not apply to groups. The general terms and conditions of sale of the booked rate apply. 
• Prices quoted do not include tourist tax. 
• This offer allows ALL - Accor Live Limitless points to be earned at participating hotels (see list) 

Check-in times 

Check-in and check-out times are different at each hotel and will be mentioned in the general terms and conditions of sale of the booked rate. 

Child policy 

The applicable child policy is different depending on the hotel selected and will be specified in the general terms and conditions of sale of the booked rate. 

Cancellation and modification policy

Cancellations or modifications fees are according to each hotel’s policy based on the non-flexible rate.
